We bought this for my in-laws to live on our property and it’s worked out better than expected. The mezzanine sleeping area is surprisingly roomy and the whole thing feels solid, not flimsy like some container builds I’ve seen. Delivery took a while but the driver was careful and helped position it. Only thing is we had to sort out our own power hookup, but that was on us.

Six of us fit comfortably for a long weekend and nobody felt on top of each other. The layout is smart and the tall ceiling makes it feel much bigger than the footprint suggests. Insulation handled a cold night fine. Really happy with this purchase.

This solved a real problem for us. My brother’s family needed somewhere to stay while their house was being rebuilt and this gave them privacy and space. The mezzanine is great for the kids. Everything arrived as described.
Hannah Lindqvist –
We use it as a guest house and it’s become the most popular room on the property. The natural light is better than I expected and the six-person capacity is accurate. Assembly coordination was smooth. Would buy again.
Grace Okafor –
Absolutely love it. We’ve got three kids and space is always tight, but this gave everyone room to breathe. The mezzanine is a hit with the teenagers. Delivery team was friendly and patient.
Maureen Fitzgerald –
My husband and I are using this as a downsized retirement home and it’s exactly the right size. Cozy, well built, and the mezzanine gives us a proper bedroom. Best decision we made this year.
Carlos Mendoza –
Bought it to house seasonal workers on our farm and it’s holding up well through a tough winter. Heating works, no drafts, and the container construction means it can take a beating. Good investment.
Tomasz Kowalski –
Good build quality and the container shell is genuinely sturdy. Took me half a day to figure out the best spot for it on uneven ground, so plan your foundation carefully. Interior finish is nice and the family has been using it as a guest space nonstop.
Derek Whitmore –
Solid unit overall. I knocked off a star because the instructions for the electrical rough-in were pretty thin and I had to call a buddy who does wiring to make sense of it. Structurally though, no complaints at all.
Steven Hartley –
Sturdy and well put together. Took a bit longer to arrive than the estimate said, which was annoying, but the product itself is great and my parents are happy living in it. Would recommend just not counting on the exact delivery date.
Yuki Tanaka –
Nice unit, good value for a container build. The floor feels a little cold underfoot so we added rugs, minor thing. Everything else about the layout works well for our family of five plus a guest.

It’s fine, not amazing. The container frame is clearly well made but the interior trim on a couple of corners was loose on arrival and I had to reattach it. For the price I expected a bit more attention to detail. It’s livable and works, just didn’t wow me.
