We set this up on our back lot for my aging father and it’s been perfect. Delivery was smoother than I expected for something this big, and the crew leveled it without any fuss. It’s been through two storms already and stayed bone dry inside.
Marcus Oyelaran –
Bought this to use as a hunting cabin and honestly it’s nicer than my first apartment. Windows actually open, the door seals tight, and the insulation held up when it dropped to the teens overnight. Took my brother and me a weekend to get it fully set up.
Priya Chandrasekhar –
My husband and I are living in this while we build the main house and it’s been surprisingly comfortable. The layout makes sense and there’s more storage than I figured from the photos. Only thing is the floor vents are placed a bit awkwardly, but that’s minor. Would buy again without hesitating.
Trevor Mullins –
Used it as an on-site office for our construction project for about eight months. Good insulation, held up to daily foot traffic, and the electrical panel was easy to hook up. Cleaning it out at the end was simple too. Solid buy for the money.
Sandra Alcantara –
Got this as a guest unit and my sister’s family stayed in it for three weeks over the summer. Everyone said it felt like a real little house, not a box. The AC kept up fine even during that heat wave. Just wish the steps had come as part of the package, but I ordered them separately without much hassle.
Gerald Nakamura –
I’ve bought a few of these units for our farmworkers over the years and this one is a cut above the last batch. Doors close properly, seams are tight, and the whole thing feels sturdier. Arrived with a small dent on one corner but the seller sorted it out quickly.
Monique Beaumont –
We put it on our orchard property as a weekend getaway and it’s been great. Woke up to deer in the field right outside the window. Clean, well-built, and honestly just nice to be in. Snow load hasn’t been an issue so far.
Dwayne Kovacs –
Overall a good unit and the price was right for the square footage. The setup instructions were a little thin and I had to figure out the leveling myself. Once it was in place though, everything worked as it should. Would recommend to anyone with a bit of patience.
Anita Pellerin –
Happy with the purchase, the interior is clean and the build quality is solid. Took off a star because delivery got delayed about a week past the estimate and nobody called to tell me. Once it arrived, the crew was friendly and got it placed where I wanted.
Samuel Okafor –
This works well as a temporary home office away from the main house. Quiet, decent windows, and the electrical hookup was straightforward. The only thing that bugs me is the water connection was a bit fussy to get right. Otherwise, no complaints.
Bethany Rosales –
Good little unit for the price and it looks decent from the outside. The floor feels a bit thin underfoot in the main room and I can hear more outside noise than I’d like. But for a cabin on the property it does the job and I’m mostly satisfied.
Clifford Hadley –
It’s fine but not without issues. The unit itself is sturdy, however mine showed up with a cracked window frame that took three calls and almost a month to get sorted. The interior is decent, but the seal on the main door needed adjusting right away. For the money I expected it to arrive in better shape.
