We set this up on our lot outside Lafayette and it’s been rock solid through two storms already. The two bedrooms are small but laid out smart, and the kitchen area fits a full-size fridge without feeling cramped. Delivery crew was careful and got it leveled in a couple of hours.

Bought it as a guest house for my parents and they love it. Insulation held up fine through a hot July, the AC keeps up with the whole unit, and the finishes look a lot nicer in person than in the photos. Honestly expected it to feel flimsier than it does.

Exactly what we needed for a rental on our property. Assembly was straightforward, the plumbing hookups were all in sensible spots, and the windows let in more light than I figured a container would. Two tenants already, no complaints so far.

Solid build. I’ve been around containers my whole life and this one’s been finished out properly, no shortcuts on the framing. The second bedroom works fine as an office for me. Would buy another if I had the space.

We lived in it for about three months while our house was being rebuilt and it was honestly comfortable. The layout gives you real separation between the bedrooms, which matters when you’ve got a kid. Flooring held up to a toddler and a dog without much fuss.
Curtis Whitehorse –
Good value for the square footage you get. Setup crew was on time and knew what they were doing. The front door seals tight and there’s no draft, which surprised me for a container conversion.
Angela Mouton –
Put this on my brother’s land as a hunting camp and it does the job and then some. Beds fit, bathroom’s functional, and it stays warm with a small heater. Neighbors have already asked where I got it.
Trevor Lacombe –
Happy overall. The unit itself is well built and the price was fair for what you get. Only thing is the delivery scheduling was a bit of a runaround and they pushed it back twice. Once it showed up, though, no complaints about the product.

The container is great and the two-bedroom layout suits us fine. I do wish the closet space in the main bedroom was a little bigger, it’s basically a rod and a shelf. Everything else, the wiring, the finish, feels well done.
Marcus Thibodeaux –
Solid unit, well put together. Took a little longer to get permitted on my end but that’s not the seller’s fault. The interior paint has a couple of thin spots near the corners, nothing a touch-up won’t fix. Would recommend it to a friend.

We use it as a mother-in-law suite in the backyard and it works well for that. Good insulation, decent windows, and the rooms feel bigger than the footprint suggests. The exterior could use a second coat of paint in my opinion, but it’s holding up fine so far.

It’s fine for the money but not perfect. The layout is good and it’s sturdy, no argument there. My issue is the finish work around the bathroom door was sloppy and I had to redo some trim myself. Also took almost a month longer than quoted to arrive. Would I buy again? Maybe, but I’d inspect it in person first.
