Il s’agit de containers de stockage NEUFS, sortis d’usine et non de containers maritimes « 1er voyage » qui ont déjà navigué.
L’intérêt du container de stockage 20 pieds Open Side réside principalement dans le positionnement de ses portes à 4 battants dans la longueur. Ainsi, cela facilite son chargement et son déchargement, car il permet de positionner les éléments les uns à côté des autres et non les uns derrière les autres. Il n’est donc pas nécessaire de retirer ce qui est situé devant pour aller récupérer ce qui est au fond.
Nos clients on déjà acheté ce module pour des utilisations autres que le stockage : réalisation d’une cuisine ou d’un bar d’extérieur pour des restaurants, création de showrooms d’exposition, stands pour salons, poolhouses de piscine, etc…
Notre conteneur de stockage 20 pieds Open Side dispose d’une ossature réalisée en profils d’acier, épaisseur 3mm, entièrement soudés. Les parois et le plafond sont en tôle laminée d’épaisseur 1,5mm et le plancher est en bois massif, épaisseur 25mm, traité anti-humidité. Il est équipé d’un volet de protection pour le cadenas.
La manipulation est possible avec des élingues ou crochets de levage grâce aux 4 prises sur la toiture, ou via un chariot élévateur, grâce au passage de fourches dans le soubassement. Ce passage de fourches est situé en façade, l’entraxe est de 90cm.
