Le container ISOTANK aussi appelé conteneur citerne est essentiellement utilisé pour le transport de produits liquides ou gazeux tels que le carburant, les produits chimiques, le ciment, le goudron, alimentaires et beaucoup d’autres produits sur demande.
L’utilisation d’un réservoir isotank présente de nombreux avantages. Ils constituent un moyen extrêmement fiable, économique et sûr pour transporter des liquides en vrac d’un endroit à l’autre.
Les ISOTANK existent sous différentes formes, mais la base est toujours la même : un tank et ou une cuve avec des renforts constitués de coin ISO lui garantissant une multimodalité entre les différents moyens de transports existants dans le monde (barges, camions, train, porte conteneurs) :
– Différents types de revêtement selon les produits transportés,
– Isolation de la cuve afin de conserver le produit à des températures positives ou négatives
– Contrôle de la température via nourrice intégrée dans la cuve des conteneurs
– Citerne réfrigérée pour conserver l’état liquide ou gazeux du produit, appelé TANK REEFER
– Citerne chauffante pour maîtriser la température du produit, appelé TANK REEFER
– Citernes mobiles ADR, Atex répondant aussi aux normes UL, BS799, CSC selon vos exigences
Ce type de conteneur est très prisé par l’industrie, l’armée, les pétroliers, les distilleries.
Les containers réservoirs ISO sont conçus pour répondre à des critères spécifiques en fonction de la substance qu’ils transporteront. De ce fait, ils sont très fiables et peuvent résister à des pressions et des dommages extrêmes (normes ADR). Il est très résistant afin de réduire considérablement les risques de fuites, ils peuvent être transportés par fret, par la route ou par la mer.
Les cuves ISO étant construites conformément à la norme ISO, toutes les vannes doivent être inspectées et chaque réservoir doit comporter trois fermetures. Les trois bouchons doivent toutes avoir été vérifiées, avant de faire des citernes ISO un moyen plus sûr de transporter du vrac liquide que des fûts et des sacs flexibles.
