Marcus Hale –
We put this container spa on our rental property and guests keep asking about it. It arrived on a flatbed and the delivery guy was patient while we figured out where to set it. Insulation is better than I expected, water stayed warm overnight in October.
Priya Nandakumar –
Took about two days to get it leveled and filled, but honestly the instructions were clear enough. The built-in steps make it easy for my mom to get in, which was the whole reason we bought this style. Very happy with it.
Derek Ostrowski –
Bought this for the back garden and it’s become the neighborhood hangout spot. Heating works great, jets are strong for the size. Only thing is you need a solid flat base or it will sit slightly off, so plan for that.
Sandra Whitfield –
Second season with this spa and it’s held up well. The cover still seals properly and the pump hasn’t given us any trouble. Nice to have something that doesn’t need constant fiddling.
Tomasz Grabowski –
Ordered it for our small hotel courtyard and it looks the part. Guests love the jets and the size is right for four without feeling cramped. Delivery took a bit longer than the estimate but they kept us informed.
Alicia Brennan –
I was nervous about buying something this big online but it worked out. Fits six comfortably, water heats up in a few hours, and the filtration keeps it clear with minimal effort. My kids basically live in it now.
Nathan Okafor –
Great value for what you get. We compared a few container spas and this one had the best layout inside. Runs quietly too, which matters since ours sits close to the house.
Rebecca Lindqvist –
Really pleased with the spa overall, but the chemical starter kit it came with was pretty thin. Had to buy more chlorine the first week. The tub itself is solid and heats evenly.
Hiroshi Tanaka –
Solid build and the jets are strong. Only complaint is the cover lifter is a bit flimsy, I’ll probably replace it eventually. For the price, still a good buy.
Colleen McAndrew –
We’ve had it about three months and no leaks or pump issues so far. Getting it through the side gate was a squeeze, so measure your access first. Otherwise very happy.
Andre Dubois –
Heats up fast and holds temperature well even on cold nights. The control panel is simple enough that my father figured it out without help. Would have given five stars if the delivery window had been narrower.
Michelle Trần –
The spa works and the jets are nice, but ours arrived with a small scuff on the outer shell and it took forever to get a response from support. Water heats fine and it’s comfortable, so we kept it, but the buying experience was mixed.
