We put this container on our lot near Breaux Bridge and it went up faster than I expected. The two bedrooms are a decent size and the finishes feel solid, not flimsy like I worried about. Delivery crew was friendly and walked us through everything. Zero complaints so far after three months.
Terrance Babineaux –
Bought it as a guest house for when the grandkids visit. Insulation is better than I thought, the AC keeps up fine even in July. Doors and windows all lined up right out of the box, which honestly surprised me. Worth the money.
Dwayne Prejean –
Used it as a hunting camp down in Cameron Parish. Handles the humidity fine and the flooring didn’t buckle like I’ve seen on cheaper units. Simple and sturdy, that’s all I needed.
Bridget Hebert –
We needed something move-in ready for my mother and this fit the bill. Clean inside, no odors, and the electrical was done properly, our inspector had no issues. She’s been in it since spring and loves it.
Marcus Guidry –
Second container unit I’ve bought and this one is a clear step up in build quality. Doors close flush, windows seal tight, and the walls don’t feel paper thin. Setup on site took a couple hours with a crane. Solid buy.
Elton Richard –
Great little two bedroom for the price. I’ve had mine set up for about six months as a rental and tenants haven’t had a single complaint. Floors are easy to clean and the layout doesn’t waste space.
Reginald Arceneaux –
I was skeptical about a container home but this one won me over. Feels like a regular small house inside, not a shipping crate. The two bedrooms have real closets, which is more than I expected at this price point.
Alisha Fontenot –
Overall really happy with the layout and the price. The second bedroom is a touch narrow for a queen bed plus a dresser, so measure first. Everything else arrived in good shape and the setup was quick.
Rochelle Thibodeaux –
The container itself is well built and the two bedrooms are laid out sensibly. My only gripe is the base trim arrived with a small scuff, nothing major. Customer service answered my email within a day and offered a touch-up kit.
Janelle Boudreaux –
Good value and the bedrooms are comfortable. Wish the exterior came in more color options, we ended up painting it ourselves. Otherwise no real issues and it’s held up through a rainy spring.
Sonya Cormier –
Happy with the purchase overall. The unit is sturdy and arrived in good condition. Small nitpick, the instructions for hooking up utilities were pretty bare bones, but a quick call sorted it out. Would buy again.
Curtis Landry –
It’s fine for the price but there are trade-offs. The main bedroom is roomy, the second one is tight, and the kitchenette area feels cramped if two people are cooking. Delivery took longer than the estimate and nobody called to update me. Works as a starter setup, just go in with realistic expectations.
