We set this up on our back lot as a guest unit and it’s been fantastic. The delivery crew was careful and the unit itself was clean and dry inside. Insulation is better than I expected; the AC gets it comfortable in about twenty minutes. Would buy again without hesitation.
Dennis Kowalski –
Used it as a site office for my construction crew for the last few months. Handles the cold mornings fine and the windows let in decent light. No leaks after a pretty rough rain season. Exactly what we needed for the price.
Harold Lindqvist –
I was skeptical about buying a container home sight unseen, but this turned out great. Leveled it on blocks and it’s been steady as a rock. Water heater and hookups worked on the first try. My wife calls it her little studio now.
Curtis Vandermeer –
Third unit I’ve bought for a rental property and the best one yet. Sturdy welding on the frame and the roof hasn’t leaked through a full winter. Tenants haven’t complained once. The delivery scheduling was painless too.
Raymond Tsuchida –
Bought this for my son to live in while he finishes college and it’s held up beautifully. Solid walls, no drafts, and the electrical panel is properly labeled. He says it feels roomier than his old apartment. Worth every penny.
Owen McAllister –
We needed a quick solution for a mother-in-law suite and this fit the bill. Delivery was smooth, the unit was spotless, and the finish looks better in person than in the listing photos. Neighbors have already asked where we got it.
Priya Nandakumar –
Good solid container conversion overall. Flooring feels sturdy and the doors seal properly. Only real gripe is the ventilation setup felt a bit bare and I had to add a small fan unit. Wiring was neatly done though, which saved me a lot of hassle.
Tanya Okafor –
Really happy with the build quality — no rust spots, doors close flush, and it arrived on time. The paint finish on the outside had a couple of small scuffs from transport. Not worth returning over, but worth mentioning. Still a strong buy.
Aisha Bello-Perkins –
Great value for a turnkey unit. Setup took a day with a crane and it was habitable by evening. My one nitpick is the limited counter space if you plan to actually cook, but that’s an easy fix with a small island. Everything else met expectations.
Bonnie Achterberg –
The unit itself is well-built and arrived earlier than quoted, which was a nice surprise. Only downside: the instructions for the plumbing hookup were vague and I had to call a plumber. Once connected, everything works great and it’s cozy inside.
Lucia Ferrante –
Pleased overall, especially with how well it holds heat in winter. A small complaint is that the shelving in the bathroom was flimsy and I swapped it out. Beyond that, no issues — sturdy frame, good windows, and it arrived on schedule.
Marisol Reyes –
It’s decent for the money but not without issues. The interior smelled strongly of paint for the first couple weeks and the door latch was out of alignment when it arrived. Support sent a fix-it guide which helped. Functional, just rougher than the photos suggested.
