Règlementation :
L’arrêté du 2 février 1998 met en place une réglementation pour le stockage des produits dangereux selon leur nature et la classification des entreprises.
Tout liquide susceptible de polluer les sols ou les rivières doit être stocké dans un bac de rétention pour éviter tout risque de déversement accidentel.
Pour la majorité des entreprises classées la capacité de rétention doit être au moins égale à :
– 100 % du volume pour un seul contenant
– 50 % du volume total pour plusieurs contenants sans être inférieure à 100 % du volume du plus grand des contenants.
Pour les entreprises classées ICPE soumises à déclaration ou autorisation préfectorale, se référer au règlement sanitaire départemental ou relatif à leur activité.
